All of the steers are born and raised on our farm. By raising our own steers, we are able to better ensure their quality of life, which leads to a higher quality beef cut. The calves are raised on grass pasture, with their moms, and supplemented baled hay as needed for the first 8 months of life. After they are weaned they are moved to
All of the steers are born and raised on our farm. By raising our own steers, we are able to better ensure their quality of life, which leads to a higher quality beef cut. The calves are raised on grass pasture, with their moms, and supplemented baled hay as needed for the first 8 months of life. After they are weaned they are moved to our growing pens. We work closely with a nutritionist to create customized diets for each stage of their life and adjusted to their size as they grow.

We are proud of our highly marbled and tasty steaks, roasts and ground beef. We offer a variety of cuts, and if there is something you'd like that we don't currently have, just ask. We are always willing to work with our customers to get them the cuts of beef they desire.
